This trip is designed for the reef lovers, the fish observers and those that are craving the reminder or HOPE that there is still so much worth protecting out there in big blue.
There is no freedive course or line dive training involved on this trip, purely snorkel and freedive focused to play, observe and admire one of THE most phenomenal reef systems in the world.
You don't need any freedive experience, but just an appreciation for our marine world and the ability to snorkel/ freedive comfortably without assistance. You will have access to freedive instructors for the entirety of the trip, so don't worry we'll be levelling up your aquatic ability as we go!
Bring your cameras, bring your fish ID books, this trip will ensure you fall back in love with this pristine thriving marine world.

Reality of Travel in Raja Ampat
Beautiful places are often hard to get to for a reason
So we made a call last year and decided to do a reccy mission out to Raja Ampat to assess it for a future group, and OH MY are we happy we did so. We experienced some super challenging living conditions and knew we didn't want to repeat that for you guys, so we have found comfort in paradise that doesn't blow the budget. However there are a few things we want to be square on before you book.
REALISTIC EXPECTATIONS!
You will be tired after the long journey to get there, expect midnight flights.
It's hot! You will be sweating!!
You will be sleeping under mosquito nets. Yes there are bugs.
We are VERY remote, aka western necessities are not available.
Running water, flushing toilets, air conditioning are a luxury, these luxuries will be available for the first half of your trip.
If travelling solo, you will be sharing a queen bed at times.
Reduce your waste, there is NO recycling or rubbish removal.
There are no fridges to keep drinks cold.
We are living on local property, we ask that you be respectful with your clothing, behaviour and communication.

Everyone to be on their way to Sorong! (Once you have booked we have recommended flight paths)
6th | DAY ONE | Arrival Day
Morning land in Sorong
Ferry to Wasai 2pm
Ferry to Kri Island Accomodation
Arrive at accomodation, settle in.
Home Reef snorkel & dinner
7th - 12th | BOAT DIVING DAYS!
Each day has a similar schedule, we eat breakfast, prepare to jump on the boat in the morning, head out on our private charters to visit 2 -3 dive sites. Lunch is sometimes out on the boat or we come back to the resort for lunch and a chill or an arvo activity (sunset hike, waterfall adventure, island exploration etc) Then dinner is all together at the resort.

We've done the research for you!
Finding you a comfortable stay for over a week was our biggest challenge during our reccy mission. We found that most places are not what they say they are online and it can get about as basic as it gets. We know how much big days out on the water take it out of you, so we wanted to offer you relaxing places to stay at the end of the day.
We have carefully selected two different locations for this expedition. Both vary in comfort but both are located in incredible locations to our dive sites and surrounding nature!
We ask that you prepare for simplicity and embrace what is on offer in a phenomenally remote place like Raja Ampat. But we promise, we've picked the best of the bunch in terms of comfort.
We won't give it all away!! But it's bloody stunning!!
