1. Booking & Payments

Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $1,000 AUD is required to secure your place on the trip.

Payment Schedule:*

• Payment A – Due 5 months prior to trip departure

• Payment B (final balance) – Due 3 months prior to trip departure

*A payment plan can be created to suit you, just get in touch info@livforthesea.com

Processing Fees:
There is an online processing fee of 2% that we have covered in the trip cost.

2. Refund Policy

• Deposit: strictly non-refundable.

• Cancel outside 3 months (90 days): Refund or credit, less deposit.

• Cancel inside 3 months and outside 60 days: 50% refund or credit, less deposit.

• Cancel inside 60 days: No refund or credit, unless the organiser or yourself can find a replacement.

• If a replacement is found, Liv For The Sea can honour a refund of all payments at the same rate the new guest has booked at – minus the deposit.

• In case of force majeure events, we will attempt to transfer funds where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is mandatory. Your policy must include:

• Water-based activities (e.g. snorkelling)

• Trip cancellation for any reason

• Medical coverage for injury or hospitalisation

4. Passport & Visa Requirements

• Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond your arrival date.

• It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all visa requirements. Consult your travel agent.

5. Personal Information & Documentation

Once your spot is confirmed, you may be asked to provide:

• Medical Form

• Liability Release

• Waiver Form

6. Health & Safety

• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit to participate in this trip

• We are not liable for any injury or medical expenses that result from ignoring safety guidelines or personal health conditions.

• Consult your doctor for recommended vaccinations or precautions before travel.

7. Privacy Policy

All personal information shared with us is treated as highly confidential and will not be disclosed without your consent.
